Carol Lu
Carol Lu is a researcher for the Asia Art Archive, Hong Kong, a critic and curator based in Beijing. Carol Lu’s is a contributing editor for Contemporary, London, and Flash Art, Milan. Her work has been published in Flash Art, Contemporary, Art Today, and Contemporary Artists. Her work has focused on contextualizing the contemporary art scene in China. Carol Lu has has curated exhibitions in Beijing, Sweden, Spain and Germany. Her exhibitions include: 2006 Guest curator, “Cityscape,” ARCO 2006, Madrid, Spain, 2005 Curator, “Designed Meaninglessness,” Wang Peng’s Solo Exhibition, Platform China, Beijing, 2004 Curator, “Image Beyond Image”, Liu Ding’s Photography Exhibition, Rooseum, Malmö, Sweden and 2003 Curator, “Noah’s Living Room – The Power of the Mass”, China Club2, Berlin, Germany. Carol Lu received her graduate degree in critical Studies from Malmö Art Academy, Lund University, Malmö, Sweden
