Elizabeth Moran

Elizabeth Moran is a dual-degree candidate (MFA in photography / MA in Visual and Critical Studies) at California College of the Arts. She received her BFA in Photography + Imaging from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and has taught photography at the International Center for Photography, the New England School of Photography, and Tisch School of the Arts. Her work has been exhibited at the Contemporary Arts Museum Houston, the Humble Arts Foundation in New York, and SOMArts in San Francisco and has been published by Conveyor Magazine and Copypasteculture. In 2012, she received a Murphy and Cadogan Fellowship. Her photographic work documents the intersection between sites of work and habitation. Her writing and research focus on marketing and advertising of and within the contemporary art market.
